Default Charter and Party boats permitted to sail tomorrow
According to the Asbury Park Press( www.app.com) both Charter AND Party boats ( as well as boat rentals) may begin operations with social distancing restrictions tomorrow morning at 6 am.

Read the order they say 10 people max what a joke. How are they the owners supposed to make that work ?

10 people max on a head boat? What about charters ? Does it go by size of boat ? A percentage of Max capacity it can hold ?

Lots of work bring done to get clarifications on this. More to come out hopefully on Monday. RFA and United boatman NJ have really been pushing this in the right direction through some rigorous channels and hard work.
