Gerry, Thank you for getting this started. Unless something is designated for a specific group, individuals or true small businesses get put off to the side. The banks I believe get a 5% fee for processing each application. Which would you rather do 500 truly small businesses or 1 Ruth Crist ( 2 grants in the first totaling 20 million). Each application takes the same information and time. I applied in the first wave bank sat on it for almost 2 weeks and at that point funds had run out. Average of loans in first wave over $250,000, how small are they?
