Delware river smallie & walleye to start the year

So my girlfriend wanted to go fishing so we hit up the delaware river kinda late on saturday, well she managed her first fish of the year a decent smallie, had me worried because i didnt get nothing and she was done fishing hit another spot with her waiting in the car with 20 minutes until darkness and managed my self a walleye for my first fish of the year

Ps the picutres arent the best but happy fishing to everyone this year and stay safe and have some fun

Awesome! I'd like to hit the delaware more this year, but i have no idea where to start. Probably going to make like Jigman and do some night trips this summer
