We I was a youngster over 50 years ago there were a couple of small creeks that ran into sucker brook where Metro Park is now. Those creeks actually had a few wild 3-4 inch brook trout . They're long gone now, but I was wondering if any wild trout could still be found anywhere in Middlesex County. You don't have to name locations!

I think I see what creek your talking about on maps in relation to Metro Park, going into South Branch Rockaway Creek?
Might have to investigate it myself ![]() But I really havent heard of any wild trout in middlesex county. Heard of them holding over in some areas of the rahway though. |
