Thank you Capt. Ron and Mr. Donifrio. This is what I was talking about when one of the head boat captains from Brielle put them down. They are working to better the fishery for all of us. Capt. Joe get your head out of the sand. Weather you like them or not they only have the best intentions for all concerned.
