Looks like the Fluke are finally here. I had a charter Tuesday with two anglers that wanted to do a Fluke trip. I was a little skeptical because up to then there really was not many people catching Fluke. At least not big ones and with no consistency. I was almost ready to call them and try to change their mine. I hate to take people out for a boat ride and make them pay for it. When I decided to go I decided to go North. There the water temp was about 6 degrees warmer and it produced fish. We caught big Fluke within the first drift and one was a whopper. Just two guys fishing and we had six large Fluke. We were in action most of the day just a slow down in slack tide. After they wanted to try Sea Bass fishing and that was easy they are still all over. They caught there keepers and the day was over. Now that the Fluke are in I will start doing open boats for them.
