Default Walking Paulinskill

I don't know how many of you remember last year at this time I was unable to walk because of spinal stenosis. I was fishing from a chair and in a lot of pain. Well after 9months of physical therapy and chiropractic care I am able to walk up and down the bank of the Paulinskill. The Smallmouths have been off the charts most between 10-12 inchers but a few 16-18inchers. Also some rock bass and redbreast sunfish. Still lots of trout in the river. But once the smallmouth start hitting I prefer them. All I can say is Praise Jesus Im able to walk. Never take for granted.

I was pretty much out-of-action for six months a few years ago, lower back trouble, so it's good to hear of someone else up and running. Walking, that is. And 16-18 inchers, very nice. Those 10 to 12 inchers are indispensable spice to the batch.

The spine is no joke, I've learned that in the past 7 months helping my girlfriend in her recovery from a spinal cord tumor and paralysis from the waist down. Congrats on fighting back the chair, getting back on your feet, doing the physical therapy, and getting back to what you love!

That is amazingly good news Bill. Awesome. That stenosis will certainly get you. My Dad had it really bad and lost a good bit of mobility/function in his left leg because of it. Surgery and PT stopped the degradation and pain but much of it will never come back.

Great job sticking to the work to get back out there. Congrats.
