Default Fluke regs solution

Instead of crying about the stupid regs on fluke why doesnt everbody just keep as many as they want.Your chances of being caught are very slim.WE spend a fortune on rods, reels, poles, party boats, charter boats, our own boats I think we could cut back a little on some of these things to pay the fines if we get caught. We all have been doing our part all these years by obeying their idiotic rulesNow its time for all of us to make our own rules. All the money thats been donated to all these groups like the RFA shouldnt be used to get better science that no one in govt cares about it should be used to file a federal lawsuit against NMFS to get a stay on these new cuts to the fluke regs
