Miss Belmar - MACKEREL
 HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE! WELCOME 2017! We are happy to report that we will begin sailing daily for mackerel starting this Friday, January 6th, from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. We are looking forward to seeing everyone and catching some mackerel! See you Friday. Sailing daily for mackerel from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. The Miss Belmar Princess is the largest, fastest and cleanest fishing boat in Belmar. With Miss Belmar's 3 engines and a total of 2,100 horsepower, she is the first boat to the fishing grounds every day and we guarantee it. No other boat comes close. Try us and you'll see why.

This time of year we have Atlantic Mackerel in the NY Bight, passing by on their way south.
Summer is when we get chub mackerel, IF they show up.. If I am not mistaken, last couple years there were a lot of them up here in the summer,, however they don't always come this far north.... bob
