Jersey Hooker Togging
Me, Joey, Jarhead, Sven, Islander and John had a real nice trip on the Jersey Hooker today... Captain Rich and Pete put in some OT to get us our limits.
Sven was on fire with a double limit (ORL) all on rigs. Had I not wasted a few hours trying to jig, I would have given him a run for his money. Islander and Joey stuck with the jigs most of the day, I think they both had a limit and both reported to break off a piggy each. Jarhead had a flurry of 3 or 4 towards the end. Fish were finishing off the bait for a change today so even I had no trouble connecting. Nice to be the windshield and not the bug today... Thanks for taking such good care of our crew and the extra effort Rich and Pete. Much appreciated.
