![]() i tried north of Regiellsville last night from 9:30-12:30 with no luck. live blugills of assorted sizes on slip sinker rigs but not even a single runoff. I was fishing pretty deep water with a strange cross-current that dragged my baits upstream. Any suggestions on what im doing wrong?

![]() Try fishing the seam where 2 different currents meet. The fish could be sitting in the slack water right by the fast water. You just got unlucky. Right time and place is all that its about.

![]() No reason to fish deep water this time of the year. Target 2-8ft of water above or below fast sections of water. 2oz-6oz is what I typically use bit have used up to 12oz during extreme high water periods
