Default Toms

The radio sounded dreadful when we arrived. No boats in that huge fleet stopped didn't bode well. Pulled 4 good mahi off the pots then got into a fist fight with a slob blue marlin pushing 500... Pulled it off before clean release but what a show!
Pounded across the tips of all those mini canyons in the area and finally pulled two smallish (70lbs or so) big eyes out of there. Late in the day a buddy got one around 200...

Marlin makes the trip and you still got some meat and came home safe. Sounds like a winner to me

Given all the recent reports up to the north, sounds like you had a great trip..

The thrill of connecting with that Blue Marlin would have been enough for me.

Oh man that's an experience with a big marlin. Sounds like a decent trip from what's been going on out there.

It came up out of the water as I was passing the rod to the angler, the mouth looked big enough to swallow a beach ball, and the amount of white water it threw around with the jumps looked liked you dumped a car in the water.
