Reel Class 6/22 WILD Bassin' -- Fish to 47#!!
OH WHAT A NIGHT
Joe and crew saw one of the best big bass trips we've had in years tonight. No need for great detail - trip started out very slow then at 7 pm all hell broke loose with jumbo bass blowing up everywhere. The guys put the surface plugs on and it was WILD. We had loads of bites, many fish landed, some lost, and dozens of great surface strikes on the poppers! After that dried up, we put out the majas and continued the carnage. Biggest fish was 47# by Kevin on a chartreuse/green maja. Many overs, many unders. The guys Kept the crew limit of both --- WHAT A TRIP!
