On my first cast with my homemade corn meal bait on a #14 gold treble hook in a Mercer County Park Pond.

Nice catch. Was fishing shallow on Saturday and saw a family of geese with only 2 babies. Thought that was weird usually they have a half dozen.

Get about 100' down the bank and a snapper the size of a manhole cover swims up to the boat to check me out. I now know what happened to those baby geese.
