Default Is an early bass run want you want?

It is one of those years as far as i can gather. Warm winter and and an early start to the bass run. Although it is a good thing for all of you with cabin fever and and catch withdrawels? The earlier they come the earlier they leave! Some of the bass pros in Sewaren don't even have there boats in the water. Years ago this would not not be an issue because we fished for winter flounder first then the bass. April is iffy as far as weather to say the least. I agree that you have to adapt with the times but i think most guys like the norm. Late April thru May in Raritan Bay then oceanside. Tough to book charters with no pattern. I hope it works out for all of you but remember last year. Good bass fishing then an invasion of blues! Every year is different but let us hope it is a bass year and you all have a blast! Years ago not to sound like an old fart, but we were strictly fishing for winter flounder in Raritan Bay at this time of year. Things change and so should we.
