Prowler5 - Sat., Nov. 7th, Blackfish, Sea Bass Report
Hey gang, Capt. Scott here. I had the boat out again today bottom fishing. When we got out to the grounds, we had floppy moppy conditions for anchoring. Plus there was a ground swell from yesterday afternoon's SW blow. We fished hard today and just had a slow pick on keeper blackfish, couple ling, keeper cod and short blackfish. Hopefully tomorrow we'll have a little breeze on the water. I talked with Capt. Glenn earlier and he said he had a couple of big bass in the boat on eels on the 3:30 to 9:00 trip so far with a decent crowd this afternoon. Capt. Glenn will be at the helm tomorrow. I'll be off watching football. Next bass trip is tomorrow, Sun., Nov. 8th 3:30 to 9:00. P.S. We've been fishing with clams and white leggers for bait on our bottom trip. The keepers we've been catching have been on the crabs. Thx., Capt. Scott
