Bonus Tags 2016 ?

What if........? I should probably try to find this information out on my own but I thought I would ask the more knowledgeable people on this board. If the current run of stripers lasts into December and January ( I sure hope so.), will there be a bonus tag for 2016? Since most of the winter run stripers along the beach are school fish, they will probably fit in the slot category. If there are school stripers in the surf in January like has happened in the past, I'm sure there will be many in the 24-28 inch range. Will there be a 2016 bonus tag and if that tag is used in January, will that be the only one for the rest of the year?
