personal best pickerel.
I value all the fish I catch. Here is my best pickerel to date. Caught her on a drop shot rig with a wacky worm in 28ft of water over a submerge weed bed. Finally learning to read my sonar on my yak.

Looks like a nice thick fish with some length to it! How big was the toothy critter? Congrats on the PB buddy!

That's a good sized pickerel. Under the right circumstances, Chain Pickerel can grow pretty big. About once-a-year I'll catch a pickerel in the 20's. .
