thinking about heading out to the Bluefin grounds. I am not asking for spots, just want to know if there were any solid catches this week. thanks for any replies in advance. Also good luck to everyone fishing the fluke tournament.

Didn't hear much about bluefin this week but the big eye bite has been good based on pics I'm getting from friends!

there wasn't one at the dock !
joking aside the guys I talk to are all catching a couple unders, couple just overs, at the usual spots , it has been far from great but the fish are around. the best reports ive heard have been from guys who get lucky and happen to run into the bait, whale life, etc either while shark fishing or on the way out to go fishing offshore |

go the where the water is, find some bait and work the area, they are there... if your going to chunk, use flouro and long ass leaders!! you will do just fine..
