BOUNTY HUNTER - Big Blues With The Kevin Devine Charter, 6/23
The Kevin Devine charter joined Paul on the Bounty Hunter for what was supposed to be a day of Striped Bass fishing. Paul alerted Kevin & his crew that the Bass fishing has not been the greatest as of late. The guy's wanted to give it a try so we spent the next few hours Trolling the area of the Rocks and further north. Without a bite Kevin and his guy's chose to go for the big Blues up in the Bay. Paul joined the Party Boat fleet and the crew had a banner day Jigging the large Blues. Ava 47's did the trick. They kept 15 Blues and released the rest. A brief stop on the Rocks on our way home did not produce any bites. We had a bumpy ride home.
