Default Sunday Fluke

Short and sweet, should have stay home. 6 hours 2 shorts, ran all over The Reach & Raritan. That's why it's fishing and not catching.

Seems like some of the other reports here are having a tough time in the bay as well.

It sure has gotten a bit weird. But with they start biting it's gonna be hard and fast.

Been fishing the surf in Raritan, it's been awful.... No action at all almost. I've been lucky to pick a keeper here and there, very little short action... Waiting patiently for it to blow open

Thanks for the report, way to give it a try. You'll be on em soon enough.

Better than my day, I blew a brake line in my truck and spent 4+ hours in Pep Boys . Glad it went before I backed the boat down the ramp....

Can't wait. Hope they don't move out faster than usually as the bay/shallows are fun to catch them.

I know the feeling. Blew a line in montauk last week. They were all rusted. I replaced them all

We fished the Great Bay on Saturday with no keepers, either. 11 shorts between 17-17 3/4. It's got to improve sometime.

Same deal down in Barnegat bay. Had one keeper yesterday and that was it, not even any shorts to keep you busy.

I always say it could have been worse, we go to Hatteras on Saturday for family vacation and could have happened on way down to NC
