![]() Yesterday while fishing the D&R Feeder Canal for trout two Musky's swam right by us. What a sight to see! The larger one I'm guessing a female was about 36" the other a male was right by her side and around 28". I tossed a spinner their way just to see if they were interested but they just kept going up the canal edge. I'm guessing they were matting or looking for a place to mate. I was glad there were others there to see it too. It's a shame no one had a cell phone handy with a camera, although I don't now if a picture would have even come out as the water isn't to clear right now, someone is still mowing the grass into the water.

![]() Pure Strain. Last year I saw one that was as long as a park bench cruise up the shore line. I've caught a small one, about 12", on a gold Panther Martin two weeks ago. They must be eating up all the other fish in there to because I've yet to catch anything but trout so far this year, and haven't seen anything but trout caught in there so far this year. Most years when the trout are not biting the smalls and crappies are, so far like I said nada on those fish.
