The D. holds them as well. (and maybe as large) but not nearly as many.
I've fished tailwaters from ME to TN and the southern fisheries are OUTSTANDING.
The dams are huge.
The water flowing is cold.
and when the generators are running, it's one hot/cold mess.
My last two trips were in TN.
The slot limit on the South Holston was 7 keepers. Slot was up to 16", and 1 over 22".

My son lives 20 mins from the Cumberland River and 35 mins from Caney Fork.
The Caney Fork won't allow a keeper BROWN under 24".

These places remind me of the Beaverkill. (hundreds of trout waiting for an offering, in one place)
Insane trout fishing, along with the Stripes,Brids,L.M., S.M., Sauger and Catfish (channels, blues, flatheads and bulls)
Almost 2 years since I've seen my Grandchildren.
Think it's time for a road trip.

If no one hears from me again, I'm sure it's a blessing to all.
