Default Party Boat on the Knoll?

If you can blow this picture up and look at the top toward the bridge, you'll see what looks like a party boat. I admit, I didn't see it when I took the picture today. I only saw it when I downloaded the picture. The two tugs were opening the ice pack for the SeaStreak. But, whose boat is that?

If you blow it up, it appears to show a cat hull so that would be the seastreak and it is heading south towards AH.

Check the time of the pic - it is probably on schedule.

Good eyes. I blew it up to just before it got too distorted and I see the square hull and the superstructure. it is indeed the ferry. The Sea Streak website indicated that one of the A.M. boats today damaged a propeller in the ice and had to return. If it hit one of those thick chunks, I can understand it. Thanks for solving the puzzle.
