FWS taking comments on fishing forms

The Fish & Wildlife Service opened a public comment period on the applications and post-experience forms it asks those who fish in national wildlife refuges to complete. Refuges differ in whether and how they use the forms; don't know the specifics of the three in New Jersey. See http://www.examiner.com/article/fws-...-fishing-forms
