It's been a fishing goal of mine for a while to catch a Muskie. Previous efforts in open water have been fruitless lol. Anyway I finally got one today on a tip up. This guy was a tight fit through my 8" hole. Pretty pumped to cross this off my list.

Nice fish buddy! Glad to see you crossed another species off your list. Friggin AWESOME! Let me guess, it ate a medium/large shiner and you landed it on 10lb test, LOL! Great accomplishment and beautiful Ski!!!

Eddie - I'm bummed I didn't have my contest tag with me but oh well. I was a little better prepared this time after breaking a big fish off in this spot last year. I was using a 20 pound braid and a 25 pound mono leader with about a 5" shiner.
