Default cancer ride

Hey Guys

A few days before hurricane sandy my mom was diagnosed with colorectal cancer and has been kicking it's ass ever since. In a few weeks, I am going to be participating in a 150 mile bike ride for the Ride to Conquer Cancer and 100% of the proceeds go to the research in finding a cure to ALL types of cancer. To ride in the event, I have pledged to raise $2,500 and ANY donation would be greatly appreciated by not only me but my family! I know things are tight for everyone, but every little bit will help. Thanks so much in advance!

PS- there will probably be another fundraiser for me and my medical bills because I've never ridden a bike more than about 5 miles....wish me luck!

Good for you! A few years ago I did a 3 day 60 mile walk for breast cancer for my sister. A lot of people stepped up including some sponsors. I will donate a rod or reel if you want to run a raffle....something like 5 or, 10 bucks a shot and you will get a few bucks that way.

Sponsors on this site are real cool/generous...maybe shoot them an pm and they may donate a free trip/rod or something you can raffle.

Pm me if you want to.talk...

Good luck brother I couldn't't walk a mile but was able to finish the 60 miles.
