Where ever they are that day is a good place to fish for them. Bonita and false albacore could be in one place in the morning and another in the afternoon. They love sand eels and rain fish, if you find bait that helps, but really you have to put in the time. The mud buoy is a good place to look if you don't mind taking a little ride.

The last few years around this time we have found them off Monmouth beach within a mile of the sand. It's still a little early so the might be a bit farther north. Good luck.

Water's still too warm, but clean water and small bait is the ticket; then hold on zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz !
