BOUNTY HUNTER - Seabass With The Dave Fleming Charter, 9/3
Today we had the Dave Fleming charter on board the Bounty Hunter. Paul got an early start and we were on our first drop by 7AM. It became immediately apparent that we were going to be fighting a very strong south current. Adding to the challenge was the fact that 4 of the 5 crew members never fished for Seabass. After 2 hours of swinging and missing we did not have a keeper Seabass in the box. Slowly the guys got it together and started to have a slow pick. We had to make 8 drops today but the boys put it together and finished the day with a nice catch of 51 Seabass. They also had 8 Fluke 1 of which measured over 18" while the others went back..
