Parker Pete fluke Trip reports week of 7/21-7/26

Tuesday we had another on the water bucktail seminar , by Bucktail boys . Our 1 st fish in the boat was a just shy of 8 lbs. followed by some shorts n a few keepers , moved a little deeper to where I had them the other day with not much action ... We finally moved to a spot i had not fished since last year and we had a few drifts of some real nice fish ... Not many but the quality was there. The bottom temps are warmer. Hoping for some real good fishing soon .. Thanks again guys , you bucktail your butts off today ... Great job
On Friday we had Mike's charter out for some fluke. We had planed to hit the deep water but Mother Nature had other plans.. So we hit the beach catching tons of short fluke n a few real nice keepers .. Thanks for sailing with us guys .. Anchovies were the bait of choice that day
Saturday we fished the Point Elks Fluke tournament . We picked away at very nice fish. I do believe we had 2 contender fish on but we lost them. It was great fishing , we will get them next time
It seems the fishing is getting better, I am seeing alot more life on the bucktails over bait... looking forward to a great August... give us a call to book a trip or jump on a share charter...
