Federal committee to set plans for bluefish, scup, flounder, sea bass
The Scientific & Statistical Committee of the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council plans a two-day meeting in July to set the 2015 bluefish catch and its other projects regarding scup, flounder, black sea bass, etc. See http://www.examiner.com/article/comm...-other-matters

No action will taken unless an emergency situation arises....I love that. Just a Get together to discuss some things, have a cold one and figure out how to screw us next.
Funny how these things pop up in the Summer when the working man is making his money and worrying about his future, not some BS meeting.
