Default 10" fluke Really?

I just had a conversation with a co-worker of mine who went on a Seabass charter this weekend and informed me of what was done. Seabass were plentiful they filled the tub. My gripe is that there were two Fluke caught under 11 inches and one was used for bait and the other sushi. Am I the only one who thinks this is \BS/? I believe this boat is not a sponsor but I still won't mention it's name. 10 inches is insane, I am not an angel but maybe if the fish was 17.5 I would not be bothered. What do you think?

You shouldn't bother. Worry about the millions of juvenile fish shoveled overboard dead after being caught by a dragger
