papa's angels 5/11 bass report
It was a nice mothers day trip for anglers izzy,paulie,cathy,rose, rod and tommy, the weather and the water was nearly perfect. we left early this morning and arrived on the grounds at the start of the slack tide. Shortly after izzy hooked into and landed the first fish a nice 18.5 lb bass. Early in the trip the action was slow with several shorts coming over the rails and released. As the day went on the bigger fish made there appearance, the group fish hard and landed a total of 7 keepers for the trip. Congrads to cathy on landing her keeper. This group of anglers fished with us last year on mother's day and had a great time.
