We have added a Wish List area to our site. While we do not stock everything, we have access to many items. We all know that fisherman & Hunters are among the biggest group that receive gifts that we never use. We will never return them, because our loved ones purchased them for us, but sometimes its just not the right item. I know with myself, I have a nice pile of items I have not used, but will NEVER get rid off because my family took the time to think of me and look for the item.
What we are offering here is a place to more or less register some products you would like. Leave us a contact and we will forward your wish list to them for you. We cant possibly provide you with everything, so we will also help your family locate the item at a fair price. Whether it be another shop 100 miles away, ot our competition just 100 yards away, we will direct them to the right place to find it.
This is an idea somebody gave us, for The Holidays and we decided to take it a step further. Why??..... Because I would much rather send business to a local dealer, than to see the products purchased online, from some of these scam artists..... If we cant get it for them we will help them locate it! We all know there are some shady sites out there. I have seen so many items purchased from places that change names or go out of business after the Holiday Season.
So yes, we want your business, but if I cant get it, I want to send it to another dealer who is trustworthy and can use it. Not all of our loved ones know about Tackle Direct or places locally that they can shop at. So I would rather send them to TD, than Amazon..... you may or may not agree with me here but I decided to go ahead and try this out. I think it will benefit both sides. The Dealers & The people looking to buy you the perfect gift...... not to mention the fisherman receiving it.
