Insane toggin with a 12lber

I didn't even think about going yesterday until looking at the forecast. Hooky again. Left the barn a little later due to some obligations. Decided to head somewhere different today, a little deeper than usual. After about an hour we started to build the life. Than it was game on! One keeper after another, some 5 to 7lbs. My buddy Chris then gets "the hit", he wouldn't come of the bottom at first, then a bunch of drag peeling runs, and then in the net. 12lbs on the boga and then released. The pictures due no justice, but the huge size of the upper portion of the body where oddly large. Should have measured the girth. Had at least 50 keepers along with shorts, but it was sick fishing. Did some traditional fishing and some jigging. Both where productive. Awesome day!

Nice pictures & fish it's good to see the fish are on the bite. Nice job on the release I only wished the potters would do the same.
