Default Red Lobster & Olive Garden Go Anti-angler

RED LOBSTER & OLIVE GARDEN GO ANTI-ANGLER
"force recreational anglers to have fewer days to fish"

You have to read the article further down to find their quote and attitude and plan against rec fisherman.

" In their official letter, Darden Restaurants claims personal support for helping establish 'catch share' programs in the Gulf of Mexico, explaining how rigid time limits in place by law to rebuild fish stocks should actually be shortened to force recreational anglers to have fewer days to fish for iconic species like red snapper."

After reading this I wonder.... Red Snapper today,,, What's in store for the rest of us tomorrow?

Who really gives a shit what Red Lobster thinks or says???.. That place is disgusting anyway.. Their food is rotten..
Any time I ever went there to eat, I got the trots bad!,,

They drown everything in tons of butter and grease... awful.
Haven't been there in a very long time, and never plan to go there again.

Sadly they and other big coporations have the money, and the politicians tend to listen to what they have to say.... bob

Red Lobster and Olive Garden are trying to get back the customers that they lost in the recession. People don't want to spend money on the marginal food that they serve . There is a reason that the customers are not coming back. They found better food at better prices somewhere else.

Couldn't agree more with BulletBob! Those two food chains are disgusting. I rather head down the shore to a real seafood restaurant before entering one of those establishments.

I ate at both places once. I thought the food was crap ,and they support catch shares.
. I will never take my family there again.

I got sick at both those places once. Also Boston Market.

I have not gone and never will go to those places again.

And talk about shooting yourself in the foot - who do you think goes out to eat seafood? Vegetarians or fishermen?!??!

The disgusting food they serve at Red Lobster doesnt even resemble the food they advertise on those expensive commercials and the Olive Garden should be ashamed thinking they serve real Italian Food...who are they kidding?. Ugh!!

you guys get it, but the vast majority of American's don't. Not good seafood, certainly not good Italian. Look at their commercials, different dishes always swimming in butter and cheese, cheese, and more quadruple cheeses. Can't imagine....

Wish I ate there so I could boycot but I only had a $5 coupon 20 years ago for Red Lobster and haven't been there since. If you want to punish them "Yelp" bad reviews.
