Sandy Hook Bay

Before I make a 50 mile run there was wondering if there is any Bass or Bluefish activity to speak of in SH bay yet?

I was out Thursday not even a sniff

We marked fish in Swash and had three bumps today but that's it
Saw one cocktail caught

I was in South Beach today by the Verazzano Bridge(On Staten Island), saw pretty big splashes a few hundred yards away from the beach. No boats at all on them, looked like gator blues to me. Didn't have a rod or I would've waited them out.
