Default October Fishing

Launch out of Rumson and fish the Sandy Hook area. Was inquiring about some general areas around the hook for scup and sea bass. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks..... Walt

Sea bass not open for fishing yet. North side just east of the 2 range towers boats have been anchoring up there.

Sandy hook reef, bring the wreck anchor and some crabs! Keep a close eye on the boats fishing a little south of the reef! Fall run fun!!!

Hey Guys thanks for the info. Running a 17' sea nymph aluminum center console with 90 hp mariner. I'm 68 years young. Not sure I want to venture down to the Sandy Hook reef, loking to stay closet to the hook. Thanks... Walt
