Fishermen / terrific Mon. nite fishing

My reports may sound like a broken record but the evening bottom fish trips have been super. There have been only a few nites where the fishing has not been outstanding. Last nite was another great nite for the porgies, croakers and spots with a few puffers and a couple of blues in the mix. We only had to make 2 drops, 1 hour and 3 hours and 15 min., lots of fishing time. The weather looks good for the rest of the week and we will be sailing tonite at 6;30. By the way Tue. nites are light crowd nites, there will be lots of room. Lots of guys are asking about the stripers that I would normally be fishing for right now this time of the year but there is only a few fish around right now, we need a couple of cold fronts to lower the water temps a few degrees, all in due time. As of now this Mon. nite coming we will go striper fishing if there are worms around for bait. Watch for updates or call 908-930-2335 for info.

YOU KNOW THE SAYING YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE YESTERDAY.........BOY THAT DID NOT APPLY FOR TONIGHT, AS SOON AS THE SINKER HIT THE BOTTOM IT WAS FISH ON, DOUBLE HEADER PORGIES, SPOTS, NOT AS MANY CROCKERS THOUGH. EVERY ONE HAD FISH ON THE WHOLE NIGHT AS SOON AS IT HIT THE BOTTOM, IT WAS A WHOLE LOT OF FUN.
EVEN IF YOU DO NOT LIKE EATING THEM, YOU HAVE TO LOVE CATCHING THEM......... THROW THEM BACK, OR GIVE THEM TO SOMEONE ONE WHO WILL.
IF YOU HAVE KIDS THIS IS THE FISHING FOR THEM, THEY WILL LOVE IT, IT IS A BLAST, AND THERE IS SO MUCH TO SEE OUT THERE, CRABS DANCE BY ALL NIGHT LONG, RAYS SWIM BY NOW AND THEN, SNAPPERS ARE ALL AROUND WITH THE OCCASIONAL ADULT GRABBING A BITE TO EAT SOME ONE CAUGHT A PILET FISH, PRETTY THING LOOKES LIKE IT SHOULD BE IN AN FISH TANK, SOME TIMES EELS COME UP TO.
THE FLUKE ARE GETTING FARTHER AWAY,AND THE STRIPERS ARENT HERE IN FULL FORCE YET, SO GO PORGIE FISHING YOU WOUNT REGRET IT.
