![]() These young dudes are AMAZING. Started off with a Meet and Greet at the base of the white bridge in Neshanic Station near the flea market. All the food you wanted and a safety briefing. Maps, hand outs, and a pep talk by none other than the River Keeper himself Bill Shultz.
I think there were 4 teams, both land and water based. I got on a team that put in at Roberts St. on the Raritan, other teams were up stream from us. While waiting for the teams to arrive I got 11 tires just walking near Roberts St. We did only a few hundred yards and my canoe was full, so were all the others. I did one trip, others went back for more. This is the first pile, I left for home, I guess they got just as much in the 2nd haul.[IMG] ![]() |

![]() Good job Andy, give urself a good pat on the back! I dont get why people do that crap, if your gonna throw garbage somewhere why not just leave it in the open, whats the sense of hiding it in the water? I never understood that mentality, its one thing to throw ur crap in someones dumpster, but in the lakes and rivers, I just dont get it.
