Paramount LING (WED)
My wife and I hit the Paramount for some deep ling fishing and the Capt was on the ball. Nice steady pick all day with real nice fish (2-3 lb ) avg with some 4-5lbers mixed. very few small ling caught and the pool was split with a 22" cod and a 5 1/2 lb ling caught by Omar. My wife and I finished up with 76 ling and two large bags of fillets .
Nice crowd for a WED with every one leaving with fish, avg was about 18-20 per person. Gulp was hot today and they wanted it moving or you got no hits. http://s46.photobucket.com/user/bpcb...abcd.jpg.html][/URL] this was the ice chest at 11am Last edited by blkbear; 07-31-2013 at 09:26 PM.. |

Nothing wrong with those numbers...and sharing the day with your wife on the ocean makes it even better! Great day!

Re: Paramount LING (WED)
In the morning we saw a large school of tuna jumping and chasing fish.
one was 100 plus lbs that jumped out of the water. we also had a large Mako 9-10 feet right of the stern in the afternoon |

Maybe something will bite on the troll this year. Hasn't been anything for several seasons.
