If you are on the lake or have a boat/access easily just hit one of the points and chum them the night/day before. U can use catfood, dogfood, anything rly. cutbait and cut livers works good, then go fish the same spot the next nite. Theres no hotspots I know of on the lake, most fish the main lake points, and I hear small hotdog chunks work great too. If you cant get out nite beforehand I would think u will do OK nonetheless. I got many small cats night fishing wipers/eyes on herring under a float, they come up and are active at night. I would pick a main lake point and setup in 25 or so FOW and anchor up and hit it. U will def get something. The cove by barnes bros towards the condos is where ive seen guys catfishing alot, also by jeff house. Just make sure u use good catfish rigs, the worst is hooking up and losing one. On the KDC website there are many pictures of 15-20's comin out of LH all the time

kneedeepclub.org. Good for reports, pictures, info and conditions.

We don't specifically target them but get lots at night on live lined or slip bobber'd herring. Like Jimmy said, they will come up to hit them this time of year. Weed edges have worked for us.
