Default Lead head jig source?

I have seen guys using lead head jigs in 3 oz to 5 oz range for fluke with 6 inch Gulp grubs. The hooks are imbedded in the jig head, the head appears colored and is either ball or bullet shaped. This is something I would like to try. The question is, "Where can I buy these jigs?" I've done some searching on the internet, but have come up dry.

Hey Chuckie, go on eBay and type in 3oz. Ultra Minnows, or 5oz. Ultra Minnows, and you'll find a plethera of them.........Unfinished, finished with powder coat or spray painted, with or without eyes, and bucktail/synthetic tails. Or buy them ready to fish. The're's tons of them out there. Put on a gulp or minnow, and catch ém up. I use ones with the larger hooks, put on a swivel, and crimp on a stinger for those short biting flatties. In the river I use 1/2 to 1oz. same way. Good luck, Papa

I echo a few here, go to Sam...he is the man. I've caught numerous big fluke with his jigs. He'll make em with any size hook and any name brand. Personaly I have him make em with Owner hooks.

Also you can't beat his service, it's amazing how quick he can have your order filled and delivered......and he's a great dude.

Reel Seat in Brielle (a site Sponsor) has hundreds of bucktails from 1 to 8 ounce. Even jigs made for them especially for use with gulp
