Lh 5/31 Matts 1st Walleye

Hit the big lake with Matt (Outofline) last night. Launched at 830 and Matt finally got his first ever Walleye in the boat at 915. His very first Eye went 22.5 inches and weighed around 4 lbs. Good sized, chunky fish for his first. Congrats buddy!!! That would be the only fish of the night for my homie. Interesting night as the fish were everywhere but hooking up was an issue. Side swipes and failure to commit. Even my lucky Zara stingers wouldn't hook the fish. Managed to get 3 Eyes in the boat last night, all around the same size 21-22 inches, good eating size. I'll be back on the fish later this week. Congrats again to Matt!!! TIGHT LINEZ!!! YEA BUDDY!!!

Gotta have at least 1 fish fry before the water gets too warm. They start to taste like dirt and weeds when the water temp hits 80-85. BLEH!!!

Yo BUDDY , Guess you heard me a few times!!!! LOL Ended up with five.
Two largemouth and three walleyes (one Keeper). Had at least seven or eight fish hooked and took my down into the weeds or just came loose! VERY,VERY FRUSTATING in addition to the swipes and misses! LOVE that night bite thing, ended up staying till about seven a.m. Went to DOW'S for some herring and fished a few spots but no love. Totally different from night to day. Congrats to Matt and always a pleasure seeing you my man!
