![]() Sailing early at 7:00 am was the ticket today with the east wind and 7am high tide. I knew where the fish were after ending Wednesday with a 35 keeper drift and had to get on the fish right away before the current changed. Well P.R. had our earliest limit catching his fifth keeper at 8:53. We continued to bang away at the fish with everyone catching keepers. Dennis DePalma had an early limit as did condo Bob. Sailing early made our day as we were the first on the fish and able to hold them on a very long drift. The later boats missed out.
NOT SAILING FRIDAY AND WAITING TILL TOMORROW TO MAKE A CALL ON SATURDAY. Ken Nicholas from Jamesburg had a 5 pound plus pool winner |

![]() Just to be fair.....I sailed on an 8 AM boat from the same harbor and we hammered lots of fluke in the 3-5 lb. range.
