Re: Where to go on Sunday?
If you're using shiners, the Raritan may be a good option. Find some deep holes and drift the shiners along the bottom, you may get a shot at a walleye, big smallmouth, or a holdover trout.
You may also want to consider one of the small ponds in the area, as they are warming up faster than the rivers and big lakes. Spooky Brook Pond in Colonial Park, Franklin Township, was always a decent early season producer for me. Crappie, bass and perch all over. Plus, there's a dog run in the park where you can let the pooch run around.
The fish are starting to move. Good luck!

But I won't be around at all, so don't even bother to call,
