Best thing to do would be to take possession of the vessel, drain the oil, and turn it into a reef. That would send a strong signal out.

Total scumbag move in my book. Guys like this is what gives some fisherman a bad name. There are rules in place...and we all know them...and unfortunately in some cases they have to be followed.

Nobodys Bitching About The Closed Fishing Area. Imagine When They Close The Reef Or Raritain Bay. The Tree Huggers Should Be Hung In The Tree They Hug.
