Default CT ice fishing question????

Looking at making a trip to CT in the upcoming weeks to do some ice fishing. Can anyone give some insight on where to go?

What are you looking to catch? I'm from CT and still fish there a lot. Just tell me the species and I'll recommend some spots.

Was looking at fishing for pike/perch/bass. Maybe a body of water that has an assortment. A buddy and myself are trying to plan a overnight trip to CT.

Bantam lake is probably your best bet for pike and you can catch bass and perch there too. Winchester is a nice scenic lake with some good bass and perch, has pike too but they're tougher to catch. Those lakes are a few of the last to melt and should be good for a while. You can't target pike from Bantam after Feb 28th so if you want to try there you'd have to go this month. In eastern CT Pachaug, Mansfield and Quaddick are all good like lakes but the ice took a beating this week.
