This is for 2012 though and on their site it says Regulations remain in effect until changed so 50 should be the limit still in NJ. in NY it looks like it is 20 or 40 depending on the month but I think the season is closed in Jan: http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/7894.html Anyone let me know if I am reading these wrong too.
