Check with Sam he has 20 oz. in flat bank and I think he has egg sinkers, you can put on top to make what ever weight you need.

Check out Dave at the Reel Seat. He has lead to four pounds with some great in between sizes.

Sash weights tied to sinker releases. Weight stays on bottom and you reel up nothing but fish, works great.
